











Our Vision and Purpose
The Grigg Lewis Foundation has as its vision and purpose to continue the philanthropic works that began with and were carried on by Henrietta G. Lewis during her lifetime.
Our areas of greatest interest include Arts & Culture, Community Improvements, Education, Elderly, Health & Wellness (non-clinical), History/Preservation/Tourism, Human Service, and Youth, with a heavy focus on benefitting the residents of Eastern Niagara County.
Whether the Foundation provides your program with financial assistance or not, our staff is available to provide program evaluations and to assist you in creating relationships, and promoting partnerships within our community.

Hearts and Hands
“Thanks to the generosity of your grant, we were able to concentrate resources into volunteer development and attract new volunteers into the network with enables us to reduce our waiting list in Niagara County. This grant propelled our efforts which allowed us to engage with 108 volunteer prospects, successfully onboarding 59 new volunteers. Over 2,539 services were delivered to older adults in Niagara County.” - Aaron Carlson, Executive Director

Historic Palace Theatre Capital Project
"The generous grants that Grigg Lewis awarded the Historic Palace Theatre kicked off our amazing restoration project and kept the project flowing smoothly. We have accomplished much since the start of the project. The secrets that were found behind old paint and dust even surprised our plaster restorationists. The outer lobby and concession area have been renovated to match the grandeur of the building. Our new rigging system and tech upgrades will impress any new renter or outside production company.” - Chris Parada, Executive Director

Niagara Aquatics Club at Lockport Community Pool
"The Grigg Lewis grant absolutely made a difference in the quality of services we provide. We were able to be much more efficient an organized as we started programming at Lockport Community Pool. The new reels allowed for safe storage of the new lane lines. The deck furniture allowed for an inviting atmosphere and gave parents front row seats to our program. The younger Learn to Swim kids especially benefited from having their parents nearby, and we were able to treat the children from Youth Mentoring Services' summer program to three days at the pool." - Danielle Andalora, Owner
