Beginning in 2021, In order to evaluate available funding and better accommodate our grantees, all grant requests of $100,000.00 or more will only be considered at our third quarter board meeting. Please plan accordingly, refer to our Application Tip Sheet, and reach out to our office with questions or concerns.

If you have received previous funding from us, please view the below link. A follow-up report MUST be on file updating us on your last grant before additional funding requests will be considered. Please download and submit your report via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please submit a Letter of Inquiry outlining your request for funding. LOI’s should be concise. Please give a brief description of your project, a timeline for completion, dollar amount requested, and a clear emphasis on how your program will benefit the residents of Niagara County.
Please follow deadlines for submitting LOI’s listed below. You must allow at least 2 weeks between your LOI and the application deadline in order to give staff ample time to research your project and be sure there are funds available during the current quarter to entertain your request.
After your initial LOI is reviewed, you will be sent a letter inviting you to submit a full application, or you will receive a letter of declination.
Please be sure to provide a valid email address. An application will be emailed to you. All applications should be submitted electronically, via our website, or via email.
If you receive an invitation to submit an application, you may now do so by using the “Submit an Application” page. Please do not apply without an invitation by the Foundation, or your application may be immediately declined.

2021 Grant Applicants – Please be aware that we have updated our application process. Our quarterly funding periods have been announced and are listed below.
All grants of $100,000.00 or more will only be considered at our third quarter board meeting. In order to give our larger grant requests proper attention, and to allow time to schedule a site visit and board presentation, we encourage you to apply earlier in the year. We will begin working on your request as soon as it is received, but we will hold our decision until the third quarter meeting.
